The Governor signed the budget and its related acts June 24. One of the budget bills, SB 75 clarifies that State regulations meet the requirements of CLIA, as in effect January 1, 2015 to allow for Equivalent Quality Control (EQC) to be used until December 31, 2015 and for EQC to be replaced by Individualized Quality Control Plan (IQCP) on January 1, 2016.
