CAMLT has made
every effort to secure the best possible group nightly room rate for you at this
event. The rate results from a negotiated overall package of event needs such as
sleeping rooms, meeting room space, and other requirements. Contracts with the
venue include a provision to reduce event costs if CAMLT meets or exceeds its
minimum sleeping room block guarantee. Conversely, event costs will increase if
CAMLT falls short of its minimum room block guarantee. Please help CAMLT keep
the costs of this event as low as possible by booking your housing needs only at Disney's Paradise Pier®
Hotel through the reservation process below. Reserving
elsewhere means you are booking outside the contracted room blocks, jeopardizing
CAMLT’s ability to meet its contracted obligations, and to keep registration
fees to a minimum. CAMLT appreciates your support and understanding of
this important issue.
RESERVATION
PROCEDURES
CAMLT has negotiated a block of
standard guest rooms at a rate of $129.00
/ night single-quad. Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently
8.75% + 15% respectively) or applicable services. A Resort Fee, not to exceed $12.00 (plus tax) per Guest Room per day will be charged to the guest upon check-out. Resort Fee will entitle guest to overnight self-parking of two (2) vehicles with in/out privileges; unlimited local telephone service (as defined by the applicable telephone service provider); free access telephone
connections ("800" numbers); unlimited use of the fitness center; unlimited access to high speed internet in the Guest Room; and any other privileges as determined by Disney in it reasonable discretion. Room rates are available over the dates of 10/18/2010 and 10/27/2010, based on Hotel's room and/or rate

ATTENDEE BILLING
Attendees
will pay their own room rate, Resort Fee, taxes and incidental charges upon
checkout. Attendees will be subject to the Hotel's general credit policies
and procedures for guests at that time. Individual room reservations must
be confirmed and guaranteed by the attendee at the applicable Group Room Rate
(plus Resort Fee and applicable taxes) with either a credit card at time of
booking or a deposit of one (1) night's room charges, within 21 days of
booking. If the reservation is booked within 21 days of arrival, a credit
card guarantee is required. Should an attendee change or cancel a
reservation, a refund of the deposit or payment of cancellation fee will be in
accordance with Disney's general policy for the Hotel at that time (Currently, a
refund of a deposit is given in an individual's reservation is cancelled or
changed at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to his/her scheduled arrival and a
cancellation number is issued by the Hotel; if a reservation is not cancelled or
changed at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival and/or a
cancellation number is not issued by the Hotel, then the attendee's credit card
is charged for one (1) night's room charge at the applicable Group Room Rate
(plus Resort Fee and applicable taxes).
CUT-OFF
DATE
The "cut-off-date" for accepting reservations
into CAMLT's room block is Monday, October 4, 2010 or before CAMLT's Guest
Room Block is sold out. You are encouraged to reserve your room
by the middle of September, in case the CAMLT Room Block sells out
quickly. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date
may be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.

PARKING
RATE FOR ATTENDEES NOT STAYING AT THE PARADISE PIER HOTEL
Drive-on Resort attendees not staying at the hotel, but attending CAMLT
functions, will be charged $9.00 per day (no in/out privileges). Valet
parking for all guests will be an additional $17.00.
DISCOUNTED
PARK TICKETS
CAMLT'S attendees may pre-purchase discounted theme park tickets up to three (3)
days in advance of arrival. These discounted tickets are only for the use
of CAMLT attendees and promoting them or forwarding the link to non-CAMLT
attendees is forbidden. Misuse of the discounted ticket store link will
result in the link being removed and any existing ticket orders being
cancelled. These discounted tickets are not available at the theme park
