"Preserving the Past for the Future," the 71sth Annual Meeting and Exhibits for the California Association for Medical Laboratory Technology, will be held at Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel from Thursday, October 21 through Sunday, October 24, 2010. This meeting is open to CAMLT members and non-members alike.

CAMLT Members
are needed to monitor CE programs at the Annual
Meeting. If
you are interested in volunteering your time and energy, you
will be rewarded with a free workshop. If interested, contact the

back to you to let you know if you have been selected.
PARKING
° If you're staying at Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel, you will be entitled
to overnight self-parking for two (2) vehicles with in/out privileges.
° Drive-on Resort guests not staying at the hotel will be charged
self-parking fees of $9.00 per day (no in/out privileges).
° Valet parking for all guests will be an additional $17.00.

CAMLT REFUND POLICY
° Complete refund issued for programs canceled by CAMLT.
°
Complete refund for programs canceled by participant must be requested in
writing by 10/4/10 and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
°
Full credit (less a $25 cancellation
fee) toward a future state seminar or convention will apply to requests for cancellation after
10/4/10 and prior to 10/18/10.
° Refunds/credits not applicable to cancellation requests after
10/18/10.

ATTENDANCE
POLICY
Choice of workshops may NOT be changed on-site. In compliance with
California State Continuing Education (CE) regulations, participants MUST attend
the entire workshop to receive CE credits. NO partial credit will be
awarded for late arrivals/departures. NO EXCEPTIONS.
